How do you tell the difference between a MOPAR 318, 340 and 360 engine?

|||Outwardly they are identical. Look on the side of the block above the starter, and just below the head. There is the casting number (8 digits) and the engine size. 318, 340, 360.|||Maybe this site can help you out. http://www.mymopar.com/enginecastnumb.ht鈥?/a>|||look at the side of the block in big letters i think the drivers side|||locate the vin no. on the engine
