On a 1970 Mopar 340 on the cam retainer plate.One bolt is hollow.What size hole is through the bolt?

I looked around local junkyards and talked to a couple dealers.The dealers say it is discontinued.All this bolt does is trickle oil on the timing chain.I want to machine a bolt,if I knew what size hole it was.On a 1970 Mopar 340 on the cam retainer plate.One bolt is hollow.What size hole is through the bolt?
