he obviously has no idea what hes talking about. you can still host a server.
look in the sources for the guide i used.
keep in mind, this is pretty tricky and hard to do.
its different for different people.

some things to know %26amp; tips:
-get fimiliar with mopar and how it works before.
-make sure you have a router, you need one.
-it is almost needed to know java to do this. its all in java, and to edit your server you need to know basics of java.
-there is a program that must always run on your computer for it to work. you cant have it going 24/7 like frugoo scape etc, so dont expect it.
-it would help alot if someone else helped you.
-also, i can hold 60-65 people with no lag (if i have nothing else open) on mine. i have 1.5 gb of ram, and a dual core 2.99ghz processor. you NEED a decent computer for it to be worth it, otherwise people will lag majorly.

unfortunatly mopar was attacked by a hacker and closed down
now theres frugooscape or something
