The bar is like two horizontal tubes with another tube that loops up and across and down between the headlights of the tj. You know that ones im talkin about. most jeeps have 'em. The ones im talking about are the Mopas ones. I ask this question because if they arent, they would make the airbags pointless.Are the standard JEEP / Mopar tube front bars airbag compatible?

most aftermarket bumpers have little effect on air bag sensors. generally the sensor isn't actually in the bumper, but further back in the body, and detects the motion of the vehicle, rather than being 'crushed' or something like that.

I agree with lj. The bumper has no bearing on whether the airbag works or not. The sensors are not located in the bumper. Any aftermarket bumper will work fine. Why Mopar?? You can get much better for much less $$ elsewhere. Do some looking online for "Jeep bumpers".
