While it is true that the 426-S's last year was 1965, I believe the engine was still being made in 1966 for some odd applications - I know of a documented Mr. Norm's car with one, and perhaps they used it for some trucks or marine applications. But up to 1969? It's doubtful. You should go to moparts.com and find out how to find the info on your engine so we can learn what the codes say. Get your facts straight! There is no such thing. Chrysler stopped production on the 426 wedge in 1965. sorry try again!
