This "plate" goes between the firewall and engine. 3 bolts have to taken off to install plate and longer bolts. It's cramped back there.. but just move/remove anything in the way and replace when putting back together. I usually take pictures of where lines,hoses, brackets, etc. went before dis-assembly.
