What is the piston to deck clearance on a Mopar 383?

I am trying to figure out how much to shave off of my Edelbrock Performer 383 intake manifold. My block is zero decked and the heads have been shaved .010". I am trying to figure out what a stock 383's piston to deck height would be. I am a machinist with a machine shop and I plan to do the work myself. Thanks for your help.|||I am going to guess that you do NOT have a 1958 "RB" , 383, so:

1958 to 1969: 2 barrel: %26gt;.004 negative, with a dished piston, .007 negative with a flat top.

1966-1969 383 Magnum: .002 negative, no dish.

1970: 2 barrel: .008, with dish, 4 barrel, .002 flat top

1971: (with cast crank): .012 negative (all)

All 383's had casting numbers #2468130, followed by the series number (1 to 7).

Also, if you see DOUBLE NOTCHES in ANY 383 piston, It's OVERSIZED! And, in case you DO have a 1958 RB 383, the deck height is .002 POSITIVE!
