How do i make a mopar scape server?

Hi, can somebody give me an easy way to make a mopar scape server? What do i need to do it? What are the system requirements? PLEASE HELP! Oh and first one to give a functional answer gets BEST ANSWERRRR!|||You need a background of Java skills, along with a hack/rip to rip the game off of the site. then you need to delete some of the code, etc. etc. seriously, unless you are very good with java or C don't even try!
